Our first Club Engagement Meeting of the Fall 2021 skating season will be held on Zoom. In addition to our regular meeting agenda, we will feature guest speaker Paula Thulin, Master Instructor Trainer for the Canadian Red Cross. Paula will be presenting on a new program offered by the Red Cross on Psychological First Aid, which is based on the understanding that first aid for the mind is just as important as first aid for the body.  She will review the content of the course and be available for questions. This is an opportunity to see if this is a course clubs would like to offer to coaches and board members. Please note this is an overview of the course and does not offer certification.
